So I like to be comfy at ALL times. And I also like to be warm because Edmonton is cold AF by the time Halloween rolls around. So Laying is the answer to not turning into a popsicle.
Wear some comfy thermal leggings or a pair of leggings that are able to fit another pair of pants underneath. To keep the heat in I wore a pair of 'Superman' leggings from Ardene that has a tighter waist band, plus it's cute.
I also paired the leggings with thick men's socks from Min Worldwide. These socks also glow in the dark (boo-yah!).
Shirts, T-shirts and Sleevelesses
Layers. Just layer. I had a long sleeve striped shirt underneath my 'Grumpy Cat' sleeveless top and my Mint Worldwide t-shirt. I first saw this trend back in the 90's when Tony Hawk made skateboarding popular. I saw all the skater kids wearing long sleeves underneath the t-shirts.
Wear a toque (Beanies for Californians). Keeps the heat in.
My grandma knitted me the black toque and the grey toque is from Forever 21.
Like I said I like being EXTRA comfy so I eliminated the purse that gets slung on your shoulder and gives you an uneven shoulder ache.
The hip purse is from Dynamite and it a belted look, which can be dressed up or down. The fanny pack is WAAAAY more casual and this one is from Mint Worldwide.
Add a pair of socks to give a bit more dimension and "Fall" look to you legging and boots. The "Boss" socks are from Ardene and you know where the neon green "M" socks are from.
Boots inherently mean Fall/Winter sweater weather is coming or you already in it.
